Workplace Services

Workplace mediation is an informal and confidential process that involves two staff members who are in conflict.  Mediation is involved in a wide range of conflicts in the workplace (e.g., sexual harassment, between employees, disputes between supervisors and supervisees, deteriorating performance, terminations, etc). The mediator's job is to facilitate communication between the parties in order to establish mutually acceptable solutions and improve the working relationship.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict Coaching, which is also known as Conflict Management Coaching, is a voluntary and confidential process.  A trained coach works to assist an individual in gaining the personal aptitude and competence to productively and respectfully engage in conflict or a dispute, with a particular individual, with confidence and optimism in order to improve the working relationship.

Team Mediation

Team mediation is for teams where problematic interpersonal issues interfere with productivity, group cohesion and the team's ability to work

towards a common goal. These interpersonal issues negatively impact the work climate, morale and the team's ability to perform optimally. Team mediation allows for each team member to be heard and works with the team to clarify issues and establish mutually agreed upon solutions.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a one-on-one process that involves a coach, an organization, and an individual client who works to improve their managerial and leadership skills. Executive coaching uses both quantitative (assessment tools) and qualitative (staff interviews) methods in order to produce a developmental plan which entails the client's strengths, weaknesses, and clear steps to improving performance gaps.
